From layout to lighting, every trade and craft handled and managed by our skilled team — so the kitchen you planned is the kitchen you get.
It's the only room where cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, flooring, tile and finish carpentry all have to land within a few millimetres of each other — and where a small error at rough-in shows up as a crooked cabinet run three weeks later.
That's why we plan the whole job before anything comes off the wall. Layout is drawn and confirmed, materials are selected and ordered, and every trade is scheduled against the same timeline. Nothing gets figured out on the fly.
It's also the room your family lives in. We work clean, protect the rest of the house, and keep you moving through the project rather than around it.
Everything below is coordinated under one contract, with one point of accountability.
In-house drawings, appliance planning, and a layout confirmed before ordering starts.
Old cabinetry, flooring and finishes removed, with dust control and daily site cleanup.
Wall removals, structural headers where required, patching and new drywall.
Licensed trades for new circuits, pot lights, under-cabinet lighting and relocated services.
Cabinet supply and install, templating, and quartz or solid-surface countertop fitting.
Backsplash tile, flooring, baseboard, casing and final finish carpentry — self-performed.
Most kitchens run four to eight weeks on site, depending on scope and cabinet lead times.
On-site walkthrough, measurements, and an honest conversation about scope and budget.
Layout drawn, materials selected, trades scheduled, and a written quote you can plan around.
Demo through rough-in, cabinetry and counters, then tile and finish carpentry.
Punch list, full cleanup, and a final walkthrough together before it's called done.
We'll walk you through the options at our suppliers and give you a straight opinion on what's worth spending on.
Custom and semi-custom lines, painted or stained, with soft-close hardware throughout.
Quartz, granite and solid surface — templated and installed to fit the finished cabinets.
Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, set by hand with attention to layout and grout lines.
Hardwood, engineered and luxury vinyl plank, matched to the rest of the home.
Most kitchens run four to eight weeks on site once demolition starts. Cabinet lead times are usually the longest variable, so we order early and schedule the build around delivery rather than the other way around.
Not the kitchen itself, but we can help you set up a temporary station elsewhere in the house — fridge, microwave, kettle — so you're not eating out for a month. We'll tell you up front which weeks will be the hardest.
Cosmetic work usually doesn't. Moving walls, relocating plumbing, or altering structure typically does. We'll tell you at the consultation and handle the permit process where one is required.
You do, with our help. We'll set up appointments at our suppliers, narrow the options to what suits your budget and space, and give you a straight opinion on where the money is worth spending.
The quote is what you pay unless you change the scope or we uncover something behind the walls — old knob-and-tube, water damage, a bearing wall where there shouldn't be one. If that happens, you'll see the cost before any work goes ahead.
Yes. If you've already bought cabinets or you're working with a kitchen designer, we'll build to their drawings and coordinate delivery around the schedule.
